Faye Holland

Faye Holland is Partnership Director for The Cambridge x Manchester Partnership – the UK’s first cross-city innovation initiative connecting two of the country’s leading clusters. She leads strategy delivery, stakeholder alignment, and performance across the programme, with a focus on developing new opportunities, attracting global investment, and delivering good growth through innovation.

Faye’s career spans over three decades in global tech – from PIPEX and IBM through to founding an innovation communications consultancy acquired in 2025. She is Chair of the Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce, Entrepreneur in Residence at Anglia Ruskin University, and co-hosts the Cambridge Tech Podcast. Regularly named among the UK’s most influential women in tech, Faye is known for connecting research, capital, and enterprise – and for telling the stories of the companies doing it best.
