Debbie Toms is Chief of Staff at CuspAI, the frontier AI company reimagining how the world discovers and develops new materials, from sustainable energy to semiconductors. Debbie joined before the company was incorporated and built its finance and operating infrastructure from scratch, through to the close of its $450m Series B. She sits on the senior leadership team alongside co-founders Dr Chad Edwards and Professor Max Welling.

A law graduate, qualified accountant (ACCA) and tax adviser (CTA), she began her career as a tax advisor at Deloitte before becoming Finance Director at Marshall Land Systems.
