January 2024 virtual update

The initiative is currently transitioning from the shaping of the Innovate Cambridge strategy to its actual implementation.

At this update, we announced:

• The initial group of organisations that have committed to fund Innovate Cambridge
• The future structure and operational model of the organisation
• An overview of the ongoing initial workstreams and the individuals leading them

We also explained how the role of Charter Signatories will be evolving and outlined the steps for maintaining formal engagement as a member, along with the associated responsibilities.
