Anne Bailey is the CEO and Co-founder of Form the Future CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to helping young people progress from education into employment. With a background in corporate communications and public affairs, Anne previously led BT’s CSR education programme, inspiring her to launch Form the Future in 2015. Under her leadership, the organization has become an award-winning force in bridging education and employment, particularly in the Eastern region.
Anne serves on the Local Governing Body of Cambridge Academy for Science & Technology and actively contributes to Cambridge Ahead’s Skills group. She was awarded the Cambridge Social Innovation Prize in 2022 for her impact on young people’s career pathways. Originally from Philadelphia, Anne graduated from Harvard University and has been based in the UK since 1991.
