The Professional Gap: Women’s Health at Work

Nicolle Halksworth is looking for 8–10 professional women in and around Cambridge to join her for a roundtable discussion on women’s health at work.
While workplaces have made real progress in supporting women’s health, policies on paper often don’t align with the day-to-day challenges and barriers professional women face.
This roundtable, hosted by Nicolle, a Marketing Consultant, Personal Trainer, and Health & Wellbeing Coach working with women across Cambridge, provides an opportunity to share your experiences and challenges openly.
Attendees will explore what the true gaps are in professional life, identify where workplaces in Cambridge are falling short, define best practice and discuss what measures would genuinely help support women’s health at work.
