Realising the real value of AI: How companies in the East of England can make AI work for them

15th September @ 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

AI is transforming organisations across industries, and every day headlines hype utopian and dystopian visions of the future of work. However, many companies struggle to generate tangible value from it, and wonder where to focus, what to build, and how to be the rulers of their own destiny.

This event is for leaders who are serious about the fact that people are their greatest asset. We’ll explore the relationship between people and AI, and what it means for business strategy. We’ll also hear from company leaders Tom Diethe, Head of the Centre of Artificial Intelligence at AstraZeneca, Katy Davies MD of Cap Air Systems and Alex Tunbridge, CEO of Cambridge United about how they have leveraged AI to make it work for them.

Join us to discuss key topics for businesses today:

• Understand how to know if your team is ready, and how to equip them with the right skills and tools to be successful. What are your competitors doing? What are investors looking at?

• Reimagine what’s possible with this new technology, looking beyond automation to what can be a step change in value creation that wouldn’t be possible without AI

• Co-design to define solutions with the people who will be using them. Where and how can you use AI so it works for your team and increases job satisfaction and bottom line?

• Evolve to keep up in this fast-paced environment. What sort of mindset and conditions do you need for constant innovation?

Spaces are limited, so please register your interest today.
