Enquiring to use the Main Space and Boardroom for events  

Please complete the form below to enquire about booking space at The Glasshouse. Once a form has been submitted, a member of the team will be in touch.

The Main Space
Capacity:
Theatre style – 70
Standing – 100
Cabaret – 40

Facilities:
Projector and screen

Microphones (1 x lapel and 2 x handheld)

The Boardroom
Capacity:
Boardroom -16

Facilities:
Hybrid meeting facilities

Catering
The Glasshouse café-bar is equipped with a small bottle fridge, dishwasher, sink and bean-to-cup coffee machine. Guests can help themselves to water, tea and coffee. Glassware and mugs can be provided for up to 70 people.
If you would like to organise food for your event, let us know and we can share a list of recommended suppliers.

Security
All events must finish by 19:45. For events held after 18:00, security is charged at £30p/h.
