Executive Assistant & Office Manager, Innovate Cambridge

Arianna joined Innovate Cambridge as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager, supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Innovate Cambridge, Arianna worked across several departments and institutions at the University of Cambridge, including the Department of Psychology, the Gurdon Institute, Cambridge Judge Business School and St Catharine’s College. She previously worked at the Italian Institute of Technology in Italy, within the HR and Research Operations Office, and at the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brisbane, Australia.

With experience spanning human resources, administration, research funding application and events and communications, Arianna brings a proactive, organised and collaborative approach to her work. She values building strong relationships, fostering collaborations and maximize impact.

Outside the office, Arianna is passionate about working with children, supporting their emotional and literacy development and helping them build the confidence and skills they need to learn and thrive.
