Manifesto for Enterprise Agility: What’s next?

9th April @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

The Manifesto for Enterprise Agility sparked an important conversation among CEOs and senior leaders about how organizations must adapt to constant change. But what does this mean for project professionals in practice?

Join PMI Cambridgeshire in this session, to move from ideas to execution. As organizations face increasing complexity and faster decision cycles, project professionals play a critical role in helping enterprises sense change early, make better investment decisions, and mobilize teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

Join us to discuss what enterprise agility looks like inside real project environments and how project professionals can step up as key drivers of adaptability, alignment, and sustainable value creation.
